Our customers get fair, enthusiastic and goal driven co-operation when working with Pro Technic, guaranteed. Our goal is to increase our Customers’ sales.

We don’t sell to stores to gather dust, we sell directly to consumers via our Customers. Therefore we will become the most desirable partner in our field. Our Customers can trust that we know

  • what his customers want to buy but don’t know it yet, and
  • what they are ready to pay for each product.

WE MAKE SALES FROM OUTLETS, NOT INTO OUTLETS.

In other words, to consumers rather than to shelfs.

1. WE DON’T SELL SHIT

  • Everything we sell is high quality or at least worth the price.
  • We will tell our partners straight-up and honest the price-quality ratio on each product.

2. WE DON’T SELL ANYTHING THAT WON’T SELL ON

  • Not even in the case that our partner would buy due to inexperience or incompetence.
  • It’s like doing two deals at the same time: the first and the last.
  • Our job is to think of consumers even if our partners don’t.

3. SELLING TO CONSUMERS IS OUR PASSION. AND IT SHOWS.

  • We have always new things to tell about consumers and changing buying trends.
  • We know for a fact for example how many energy saving light bulbs or battery operated devices there are in Finnish homes on average.
  • We know how and where products should be placed if the desire is to sell more.
  • Our principle is that every deal increases sales and profit. For us and for our Customer.

4. WE ADMIT OUR MISTAKES AND CLEAN THEM UP.

  • If a product or campaign won’t sell, we take responsibility and action.
  • We will try to increase our Customers sales even after making the deal.
  • If even still it won’t sell, we will make it up in a way or another.
  • A well handled reclamation deepens our bond with our partner.
